Je to super, proto\u017ee takov\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem m\u016f\u017eete cvi\u010dit z pohodl\u00ed domova, a nemus\u00edte nikam doch\u00e1zet.Zn\u00e1m\u00fd je t\u0159eba takov\u00fd ten cvik ko\u010dky, kdy se vyhrb\u00edte a shrb\u00edte, a nebo posunete z\u00e1da do zadn\u00ed pozice. Taky m\u011b tr\u00e1pila bolest zad, ale nakonec jsem nad n\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b zv\u00edt\u011bzila. Cvi\u010dila jsem, dr\u017eela z\u00e1da rovn\u011b, nosila p\u00e1s a dbala na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla.
